Two perspectives, one practice

Steady enough to hold. Loose enough to grow.

Two Anchors is Kita and Hags. You bring what you're carrying — a business problem, a stuck project, a decision you keep circling — and we help you set it down, look at it properly, and find the way on.

Work through something

Build or fix something

Web development, technical diagnosis, architecture, and implementation — judgment, not just someone writing tickets.

You don't have to sort it first

Nothing in your life is really “just” work, or “just” family, or “just” school — it's all one current.

We'd rather you brought the whole thing than spent the first conversation deciding which parts count.

The ground we've actually stood on is pretty varied:

  • Organic guidance in this chaotic world
  • Navigating mindsets toward clarity
  • Herding cats
  • Alchemizing leftovers into nourishment

Why two anchors

A vessel held by two anchors, set at different angles, holds in weather that would drag either one alone. Kita works from the human inward — emotion, relationships, history, meaning. Hags works from the system outward — structure, technology, constraints, incentives. Most things worth working on turn out to need both.
